Re: lowering FSH
I have high fsh. I did acupuncture for a few months and it was lowered a little, but then it went up again. I think acupuncture helps, but it takes time, it takes a few months of it, that is what my acupuncturist told me. I also was put on chaste tree, which is supposed to lower it.

Re: lowering FSH
your FSH actually isn't that high, I'm not even allowed to cycle unless I can lower it to 10.
if you're looking to lower it, try acupuncture, eat organic, exercise and check out the Infertility Cure by Dr. Randine Lewis. On other message boards there are some women that lowered their FSH by raspberry tea, wheatgrass, royal jelly.
Good luck!

Re: lowering FSH
I drank raspberry leaf tea, took royal jelly, herbs, went for acupuncture weekly ($$$), did amma massage, yoga, guided imagery....and my FSH did not budge. It has actually gone up. My RE says that you really can't change FSH because the eggs you are born with just deteriorate over time, and you can't really change that. He thinks all these things (alternative medicine etc.) are good and helpful, and people still get pg with high FSH (mine is 14+ so I agree with Donna here, yours isn't so high). But there really is no way to "lower" it..... you might get lucky like Randine Lewis, who knows, but there is no little pill or treatment for it. How I wish there were!!!

Re: lowering FSH
Thanks all - I have that book, but I just don't think I have it in me to do all that - I know I'm not lazy, I just don't have 24 hours a day. mega $$ to do everything she suggests
