Lump below jawline
If anyone has had experience/or someone who has had it tell me your outcome. My DH says he has a lump which is around the lymph nodes ( that is what it soudns like) and I am scared because his Father had Hodgkins.

it was me whose post was bumped, i did alot of research when i was worried about mine and it seems it could be many many things, please tell ur dh not to worry until there is something to worry about. i first thought of cancer too and it wasnt remotely about that so just get it checked to be safe rather than sorry!

I had this a few years ago, and was going to the dentist during it so I asked him (it's close to the mouth, right?  ) he said it was nothing to worry about, that it was a swollen lymph node, that my body must be fighting an infection somewhere and working overtime. It went away a day later.

I get this when I have an infection in my ear, throat or ear lobe (earring hole). But if your DH doesnt seem to have any other infections going on, I would def get it checked based on the family history.
