major sleep advice needed
my son is almost 11 months old....we have been having sleep issues for about 5 months...
before that, he slept for about 12 hours in his crib....now hes in our bed...we tried cio at 6 months, orked great, he got sick and back in our bed...
we tried cio a couple of weeks ago...it was terrible, he made himself throw up, wouldnt lay down, so bac into our bed he went.....i have off this week and vowed that we would do cio again.
well tonight, i put him in, in 2 minutes he had thrown up....i went in, cleaned it up, and the mean mommy i am, put him back into his crib...but i decided to stay in with him for a little...
as soon as we got near the crib he started screaming his head off, i put him down, he was grabbing onto me, and proceeded to throw up again, right after i put him in. He prob threw up about 3/4 of his bottle...
now he is sitting with me watching barney....what am i supposed to do now? any advice

I wish I had advice. Just wanted to offer
Is it possible to let him fall asleep in your bed and transfer him to the crib?

Honestly, based on your other post where you said DC hit their head today, I'd keep him in your bed, that plus the throwing up would make me nervous

oh, no no no. He did not hit his head today. That happened the other day, I just bumped my post to see if anyone knew how to take care of the slippery floor.
But thank you for being concerned!

I can transfer him anywhere else, but it seems when i have to reach down far to "drop him" into his crib, he wakes up and freaks out.

Can i just say i had this with my DS when he was a baby. he knew the minute i tried to put him in the crib. needless to say, he slept with us for years.
he's 5 now, and for hte past 3 or 4 months has been in his bed all night every night. and for 6-10 months before that, started in his bed for at least a few hours, then traveled. but we had him in our bed for years. (I figured he would eventually get past it, so didn't worry to much... and we could never do the CIO thing with him.)
good luck.
