Make-Ahead Desserts?
Any dessert suggestions that can be made a couple days in advance?
Trying to avoid screwing myself by baking all my easter desserts the night before.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Re: Make-Ahead Desserts?
Sugar cookies, Oreo truffles, cakes (ice the night before), I am making a fruit tart and will make the components ahead of time and put together that morning.

Yes! Cheesecakes taste even better if they're allowed to sit in the fridge for a couple of days.

Cookie platter/variety of cookies would be good. Cookies can be made a week in advance and still taste good. You can make homemade chocolates or chocolate lollipops. Some pies and tarts can be made a couple of days before.
