Making baby food question

We did:
Sweet potato, carrots, apples and pears. What comes next? Does anyone have a list of some sort on what they did? Im lost...

Every ped is diff.... My ped wanted me to do the orange veggies first, others say the green veggies first....

If you go to Wholesome Baby Food there is a chart that you can follow by age.

I did. But it only lists 4 items for stage 1 Chat Icon

I've done butternut squash in addition to those.
I have mango to do as well.

I didn't really follow any guidelines Chat Icon

I did what you did plus:
b/nut squash
winter squash (was her favorite...but be forewarned: it stains!!)
peaches
mango
avocado
blueberries
cherries
spinach
zucchini (this was super watery...I would add oatmeal to the mix, then freeze - same with the spinach)
pumpkin
apricot
peas & carrots

I know I did more...I can't think of everything though, but I hope this helps!

You could do prunes...I wasn't interested in doing them. I just froze cubes of Earth's Best prunes/oatmeal

i didnt follow specific guidelines either..my ped told me to go crazy lol..we have no food allergies in my family..and i wait 2-3 days in between..i dont do anything citric, and i dont do berries yet..

so far, ive done..

apples
pears
mangos
peaches
apricots
avocado
peas
green beans
sweet potatoes
butternut squash
