Making Bedroom Closet Larger?

Any idea who would do this? Handyman? Carpenter? We have a small closet in what will be our baby's room that is a single regular door. We are hoping to blow it out and make it a large double sliding door closet so that we can put a dresser in the closet on one side and bars to hang things on the other. The room isn't that large and we figured this would increase the space. Would like someone who could increase the size, put on the doors, frame it out, and finish the inside of it (add the bars/shelving/etc.) Thanks!

P.S. Not sure if it matters but we are in Farmingdale!

A handyman who does carpentry work would do this. We did the same thing and had our GC do it, but we had a lot of other work being done, too. Most GCs only want bigger jobs.
