making chocolate dipped pretzels....
how long do you think they will stay fresh for in the fridge, wrapped in plastic baggies? I'm making these:

dont put the chocolate in the refridgerator...its gets white spots on it.
Keep it in a cool, dark place and it will stay fine.

Oooooh! I'm making these too! just bought the molds at Michael's. I want to ship them, now I have to find out where to get dry ice.

I got the molds as Joann's Fabric, and the squeeze bottle (looks like an old fashion ketchup bottle) to squeeze the chocolate in.
I got pink for the centers and then I am filling the rest with chocolate and white chocolate.
Hopefully it'll turn out nice, I'm making them next week.

be careful with the squeeze bottle. I had so much trouble using it I ended up just spooning the chocolatei n

I was hoping to use it for just the flower centers, so a drop in each one.
i hope it's pretty easy and I figured I' could use a spoon too if the bottle dies not work. But for $1.99, I bought it.

If it doesn't work, I made chocolate lollipops for a baby shower and I used a brush to paint on the color of the baby's head. The brushes are sold in the baking section of michaels /ac moore
