Massapequa Hot Yoga
Does anyone know if they will do a free intro class? I got a groupon and want to bring a friend to try. I'll call tomorrow but curious if anyone knew. TIA!

Did you ever end up going? HYM is a great studio.
Your friend can pay $20 and get 10 consecutive days of unlimited yoga.
If you have any questions, let me know.
Just make sure to hydrate a lot from the day before, breathe through your nose and sit out the entire class on your mat if you can't take the heat.
No one cares what you are doing.
