meat and sell by date questions
I bought ground beef (nature's promise) on Monday. It has a sell date of Nov. 28. It's been in my fridge. I had planned on making it yesterday and didn't. Can I use it for meatloaf today?

I think it's ok but I'd toss it after today - just make sure it doesn't smell weird or anything

as long as it smells fine. I had something that I bought earlier in the week and went to use on the same day it said sell by and it was already bad. but i still complained and got my money back because i had never, ever had meat that went bad/smelled like that before...
