I Have a lb of meat... How do you make ur meatballs with a pound of meat?

Meat, egg, breadcrumbs (I use 4C that are flavored or Italian seasoning) and mix together
I bake them first and then put them in sauce

I used this recipe a few weeks ago, best meatballs I have every made. Sticking with this recipe from now on.

Just cut the recipe in half for 1lb of meat.

Barefoot Contessa's recipe is my favorite. It's a lot of work but so worth it. I usually use just ground beef instead of the mix she suggests but if I have sausage I'll take the casings off one or two and throw that in the mix.

This. I don't measure anything, I just put what I think looks good. I usually add some chopped onion, minced garlic and fresh basil to the mixture as well.

Can be used with beef, I would jut cut back on the salt a bit.

1 lb chop meat 1 handful of italian flavored breadcrumbs 1 egg 1 drop of milk 4 shakes of garlic powder 3 shakes of onion powder 1 handful of grated pecorino romano cheese
Combine everything in a bowl, bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
