Re: Meatloaf
Do you like with beef gravy or tomato sauce?
I do one with gravy with 3 meats and another with just beef and potatoes in a tomato sauce.

Meatloaf
I use celery, carrots, ketchup, and brown sugar.
I am not sure of the amounts, but I chop & fry the celery & carrots with the ketchup in a pan. Mix in brown sugar. Mix together meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, ketchup mixture & form into a loaf. Mix together some ketchup and brown sugar and spread all over loaf. Bake for like an hour DH hates meatloaf and loves this one

Re: Meatloaf
I actually use Honey BBQ sauce in my meatloaf!! Its delicious!!
I dont have any measurements because I just eye everything. But here is what I use:
1 - Egg, S&P, Garlic powder, Parmesean cheese, Bread crumbs, and the Honey BBQ sauce. Then mix it with your hands.
I also put a little water in the pan to keep it moist and bake for 45 mins. It comes out so moist. Now I think I am going to make some.
The last 10-15 minutes you pour some on top! Soooo Good!

Same
I use 3 meats (veal beef pork) sold in supermarkets like this 1 egg Generous amounts of Bread crumb, Parm cheese, garlic powder (granulated) , dried parsley flakes, Salt and pepper Couple table spoons of water just to help when mixing ingredients into meat
Mix by hand Make into large ball and place in pan and flatten out til about inch or inch and half thick
Pour few drops of gravy master into a glass and fill with about 6 oz of water and pour over the top of the meat
Cook covered with foil for 1 hr at 350 I eat with can of beef gravy

Re: Meatloaf
Use the recipe on the back of the Lipton Onion soup mix box. That is the only meatloaf I'll eat. I don't even look at the recipe anymore, I just eye my ingredients, but this is what I base it off of. I also put mozzarella cheese into the middle of it. Yummy!

Re: Meatloaf
I have a recipe I made up. I don't really make it anymore because we eat cleaner now, but if you are OK with processed foods, or want to substitute fresh go for it. It is egg free
Ground turkey Pkg of onion soup mix can of cream of mushroom soup ketchup salt and pepper garclic minced breadcrumbs or crushed crackers Mix all together form into a loaf and cook to 160. I also coat it with little ketchup
