Meatloaf?
I am making turkey meatloaf tonight. I add cooked (cool them off first) onions & peppers, egg, breadcrumbs, etc.
I have 3 pounds of turkey. I want to freeze 1.5 pounds. Do you think I should freeze it raw w/ingredients add OR cook and then freeze once it has cooled?

Freeze it raw. That way it's only being cooked once.

I always cook it first. I defrost overnight in the fridge and then just reheat in the microwave. Never tried freezing it raw but it always comes out great .
