membrane stripping -- tell me the truth
How bad does it hurt? and how long does it take?
I'm having it done (hopefully) in about 30 minutes but terrified of the pain.

My doc did a suprise attack on me with my DD. Um, yeah, it hurt, but by comparison to labor, it really was nothing. And it only lasted a minute or so

I had it done....it was like something out of a horror movie. Not good....and it didn't do anything!
Its over in a minute or two, so no big deal really. Good luck!

My doc did it and I didn't know and before I had the chance to ask him what the f@@@ he was doing it was over. I went into labor almost immediately after that.

With my first DC my OB did it the day before my due date. It hurt but was pretty quick. I ended up having contractions a hour after left and office and had that baby that night.

F'in PAINFUL.  Sorry
It lasted about 10 minutes with me. I wasn't dilated and my doctor was trying to work on that too. I looked like this    It didn't induce labor for me at all.
