I would have a beef entree instead of 2 chicken ones, especially since you will be having the rice pilaf. Maybe some marinated sliced steak.

The rest looks great!

id get a shrimp or beef to replace one of the chickens

maybe shrimp scampi to replace chix parm


you also have too many pasta dishes- rice pilaf, penne and linguini. i dont think rice pilaf is necessary - or ski- the plain linguini and replace it withl inguinn with clam sauce.
