middle country schools is closed.....(with a funny story kind of)

so i am a teacher but not in middle country schools....nor do we live there but whomever had our number six years (yes, six!) ago must have been a part of them b/c we always get the calls...so as I wait phone two ffet away praying my district will close, mcsd just called to say there's no school ...luckily I am a fast reader of caller id before I did a happy dance.... ...now pray that southwestern suffolk schools start closing and my superintendent does the "right" thing......

I hear you! I work in Mid/South Western Suffolk but my super NEVER calls off school. He is an SOB and doesn't want to pay us to stay home. He might call a 2 hr delay but I'm really not counting on having tomorrow off.
