Milk/food allergy question

DD is milk allergic. She only has a mild allergy. When she eats milk products she gets very rashy around her mouth and privates. She also gets some stomach pain and is cranky.

I know she ate something with milk on Monday, but didn't display any of the symptoms above until Wednesday. She only got the rash on her privates.
Would it take that long? It was only 4 pieces of mac and cheese.

She also had very diluted apple juice (90% water/10% juice on Wednesday) so I'm thinking that could have caused the rash too.

Any thoughts?

According to my Allergist, No, it would not take that long. But I am no expert.
I am sure a rash on her privates could be alot of things though.

When is the last time you had her allergy tested? Many kids outgrow their food allergies, especially those who have mild allergies. I hope that's what happened in your case.

We take my son every year for testing, but so far it's just getting worse.

ETA: I think it might be the juice that's causing the rash. Whenever my kids have more of an acidic fruit than usual they get a slight diaper rash.
