Milk/Soy allergy moms..
DD is almost 8 months..still on Nutramagin, which I'm fine with. I'd rather not deal with projectile vomitting and crankiness like last time we tried milk-based formula.
Anyway, she's doing well with solids, even okay with meats now.
what are other things you give to eat without soy/milk? I need to educate myself more..I've given Ricera Yogurt, which she LOVES. So hard to find products with no milk/soy.
Any suggestions on snacks, Breakfast foods? Anything else?
TIA!

See, I'm so clueless, I wouldn't have even thought to substitute rice milk for reg milk in recipes!
I don't know why I'm like this with her allergy. I'm so laid back and I love to cook, I just get soo nervous.
thanks for the suggestions!
