Milk/Soy protein allergy Moms
What did you do as far as starting cereal?
We started our chubby wubby Sydney on Cereal tonight and Chloe looked left out, and I wanted to give her a taste, even though I dont think shes ready..
ANYWAY....I noticed one of the first ingredients( rice Cereal...beechnut) was soy protein.
I am making a GI appnt. for her, but till then, was just curious what you all did?
tIA!

Re: Milk/Soy protein allergy Moms
My boys have a milk protein allergy and are on elecare. We never gave them rice b/c they constipate easily so my GI doc said to skip it. They never had a problem with any of the other cereals.

DS did well on Earth's Best too. The probiotics in the Happy Bellies made him gassy and throw up...
