I would love to go to Sesame Place too - around what age is it best to start there? Is 20 months too young?
DS was 20 months last summer when we took him, he had a ball!!

When DS was 18-20 months we went to Hershey park with his cousins. He loved every second of it! We also took him camping locally.
When DS was 7 month we went to White Mountains NH and had such a nice time! There was so mcuh to do up there!
The one issue you might have with a beach...DS HATED the sand until he was like 2. We used to joke that it was like kryptonite to him...so take him to the beach locally to check that out before you book a beach vacation.

I think we are going to try for a beach weekend some place...not sure where. something not to expensive but quiet nice and family friendly within a reasonable driving distance (no more than 4 hours)
we are also going to visit my brother outside of Erie PA and may go to Niagra falls for one day trip and the R & R Hall of Fame for another.
I think we'll be doing a lot of small things though....water park, lake beaches up by our house, outdoor things.
we are holding off on a big trip until next year...we may be going to Costa Rica for a wedding in Dec/Jan and then to Poland/Czech republic in July!!
