We didn't go at 5 months but at 6 months Athan weighed 21 pounds and was 29 inches long.

Like Maria, we didn't have a 5 month visit but at 6 months Elizabeth weighed 20lbs and was also 29 inches.

DS was born at 9lb 14oz 22.5 inchesand at 5 months was about 23lbs cant recall his height but I would guess around 29+inches.
Then at 1 year he was 30lbs, 34 inches
ETA his length

At his 5 1/2 visit DS was 22 lbs 12oz and
28 1/2 inches long.

My kids didn't have 5 month appointments so I will post the 4 and 6 month weights.
4 months- 17 lbs and 27 inches
 #1:
4 months- 16lbs 12ozs 25 inches
6 months- 18 lbs 7 ozs 26 inches
#2:
4 months- 19lbs 3 ozs and was 25.25 inches
6 months- 21 lbs 9 ozs and was 27 inches

Ryan had his 6- month well visit at a little over a week before his 6-month mark and was 19lb14oz and 29 inches (I think  ), I know he was just an ounce or two shy of 20lbs, but not 100% on height.

I think it was 19 lbs 7 oz? and the height I'll NEVER forget.... a whoppin' 29.5" 
(he's thin but off the charts for height, as you can see)

19lb and 29 inches, he was in 95% for height and 75% for weight this was at 6 months, we go for our 9 month in 2 weeks and i feel he is well off the charts for both!!

I actually have that with me today b/c it's still in my bag from his one year visit - I was wrong, he was only 26.5 inches. He is now 31.
