Moms of boys-Q (sorry tmi)
we had DD1st, now DS is 2 mos and he had redness on his bum so I used hosp wipes and diaper cream on that area for a couple of days. Now he has what looks like 3 pimples (larger than the bumps that were on his rectum but similar in appearance otherwise) on the underside of his ball sack.
Q is this diaper rash too? do i apply ointment to that area? I haven't been. Call Dr or don;t worry? Should I normally be applying to that area? He does have sensitive skin-still getting some baby acne or rash here and there.

I would put ointment in any area down there that is red or pimply. Try triple paste.

I would let him air dry for a little while and then apply A&D Ointment. That should help.
