i hope it's normal - DS has had that too a couple of times.
i'll be honest and say i do NOT like witnessing that and i even put the diaper back on for a few seconds until it's gone.

OMG I soooooooo do this.....he's had it for a while just yesterday it was just very "OUT THERE" shall I say for lack of a better term. I called DH in and he broke into laughter and said some days are "harder" than others.
