Another random thought... Sometimes I find DS stirs or doesn't sleep well depending on the temperature. We might think it's fairly warm but when we crank the heat up (since he's alone in his crib without blankets, etc.) he sleeps better.

Thanks for all the replies. I'm gonna try swaddling her again. I let her fall asleep in my arms and transition her to her crib. I have a white noise (vacuum cd) cd playing. She seems to waken from the arm flalling. My ped told me to let her cry but I can't let a 7 week baby CIO doesn't seem right tro me but I don't want for her to get into the routine of sleeping all night in my arms.

If she's waking from her arm movements, definitely swaddle!!!!

We also had the same thing... but DS hated being swaddled after a few mins! 
Eventually, he started to like the swing-it seemed one week he did, and the next week he didn't. I would def try swaddling and keep giving other things a try, you never know he might end up liking either a bouncy seat, or the swing. DS never liked the swing in the beginning and now he loves it!
