Moms of older infants (9 months and up)
What are u feeding your DC's? Brady is 9 1/2 months and he is eating stage three foods and little by little we are giving him table foods and he is getting sick of baby food. What are you feeding them for breakfast, lunch and Dinner? How about foods to bring to daycare for babies who go? TIA

Re: Moms of older infants (9 months and up)
My son is 10 months old and has been pretty much eating table food for the last month. He doesn't go to daycare so I can't help you out there. For breakfast he usually has oatmeal, waffles, muffins, etc. For lunch he'll have a yogurt, cold cuts, chicken nuggets, etc. And for dinner, he typically eats whatever we are eating...which ranges from meatloaf, pasta, chicken, etc. He's interested in everything we eat, so as long as he can have it, we give it to him. He loves most fruits and veggies too, so he'll have them throughout the day as well. HTH!

Re: Moms of older infants (9 months and up)
My son is 11 months. We have tried some table foods, but he isn't interested in a lot of them, so it has been slow going.
For daycare, I still bring stage 2 foods and cereal. He hasn't liked the texture of the stage 3 foods. He has cereal and 1 container of fruit for breakfast and a stage 2 dinner and a veggie for lunch. I think he is getting tired of the baby food because recently he has started gagging a bit with the food even though he has never had a problem before. We are going to try to get him to start eating the breakfast foods the daycare serves first and then move on to the lunch items. Once he can eat their stuff my life will be a LOT easier and I am already paying for it, so it would be great if they could just take care of it.

Re: Moms of older infants (9 months and up)
Our ped said not to feed her solid food until she had teeth. Her bottom 2 just started breaking through on Sunday so we tried puffs, which she loves, and we tried a stage 3 food the other night and she gagged like crazy. So we're going to keep trying, but as of now she's on just stage 2 foods.
Kaydyn is 9 1/2 months

DD is 11 months and is still on Stage 2 foods. I've slowly been introducing other things like waffles and pasta, but she isn't crazy about the texture of pasta (I have officially given up on pastina).

DD is 10 months and prob at the same stage...I gave her pastina and she got an awful look on her face and tried to get it out of her mouth with her little fingers poor thing! she does eat the junior food with the pasta pieces in it though
i think if we allowed her she would live on cheerios and puffs lol
