Moms that own Subarus (Forester or Outback) please come in!
So I noticed a few people suggested this car on another thread and now I am seriously considering it as an alternative to the volvo xc70 wagon.
Pros/Cons? How is the space for two or more DC? Is it in the shop often? Any other complaints? TIA!

My parents have an 09 Outback. I love the car! Very roomy and drives really well.
They have a carseat for DS (a convertible) and it fits nicely and they had no issues installing it.

I had a 2001 Forrester for 7 1/2 years and it was NEVER in the shop- it was a dream car. I only traded it in because I fell in love with the new Forrester.
It handles beautifully and is great in this bad weather. The cargo area is bigger than most. I am about to have 2 carseats in it and there seems to be plenty of room.
I just love it! Don't know where you live, but I bought both at Metric Subaru on Jercho in Huntington and they were the nicest dealer to work with.
