We have come to the decision that if I give birth naturally to #2 in December (had DS naturally also) DH will look into getting a vasectomy. If for some reason I have to have a c-section, I will consider having my tubes ties when they are in there.
make sure you have your Tubal papers signed and notarized before going to L&D.. they will not cannot do a tubal without those papers, and if you get an epi, they wont allow you to sign the papers either...
I didn't have to do this. I just told the Doctor what I wanted while I was seeing him for my prenatal visits,

Right now I am on the mini-pill because I am BF, but DH and I have been talking about the big V for him.

I had the tubral done the day I had the C-section for my DD in December.

My DH will be getting a laser vasectomy done after our DC (#2) is born. We both agree that we are happy with 2 children together (4 children for him).
