Moms who's DC are in size 18 months

Logan is wearing size 18 and some 18-24 now and some of his jeans are way too tight on his chubby belly.

Does anyone know of a good adjustable waist jean in size 18? I haven't come across any yet.

I've got a few from the gap the I like. I have one pair of "wonder kids" from KMart that fit DD very very well. All have the adjustable waist. They haven't been easy for me to find.

DD has long legs and a skinny butt so everything falls down if it's long enough except the adjustable waist.

Doesn't Oshkosh carries the adjustable waist pants?

I only put DS in elastic waist. I got the elastic waist jeans from the gap and they fit great!

i have quite a few adjustable pants from all different stores...just an FYI...u will probably need to get bigger than 18 month pants if the ones u have are currently tight...they are usually on the loosest hole when u buy them so u really can only make them smaller not larger...does that make sense?

He could also have a growth spurt and end up fitting into them again. My DS was so chubby when he was a baby. He started wearing 18 month when he was 7 months old. Now at 17 months he can still wear a lot of his 18 month pants- but wears 24 month and 2T on top. (He's about 34 inches or so tall.)

I have never really put him in jeans because they have always seemed too tight and I didn't feel like he could move in them. He has worn the baggies from Boden because they have more room in the legs and soft pants from Tea.

I was going to say similar. In the spring, my son's 12 mo and 12-18 mo pants were so tight on his belly (he was like 8-10 mos then) and now some of them fit him perfectly now at 14mos - perfect length - he is short legged - and fits at the waist...it is so weird. He wore 18 mo clothing all summer and now a lot of the 18 mo old stuff is loose on his waist. He is now about 26 lbs and 31-32 in. So hold on to the stuff - don't bury them away too soon - you never know.

Check out CP jeans. I know I buy them for my older son for the adjustable waist and they wear well too.

I have the opposite problem - Ale's pants are all falling off her. I need to find a baby belt. I do find that Baby Gap are slimmer fitting, while Carters are all HUGE on her belly - maybe get some Carters stuff??

Gap and Children's Place are the best with adjustable waist bands...
