Monday morning vent
I hate when ppl at work ask you to do something that they know you have no authority over. Yet, they think you can "pull some strings" without having to go to the higher uppers... And, don't keep calling me asking me what extensions certain employees are at because you have been given directories numerous times!!! Oh and don't call me sweetheart, I am not your sweetheart. Happy Monday all!!!

I HATE when people ask for stuff they don't feel like looking up themselves, that they've already been given multiple times.
Fortunately, I'm no longer in a setting like that.

My desk used to be right outside of a VIPs office once and I would get that 12345678910x a day. It drove me absolutely insane because I was not his freakin' secretary.

Monday morning vent
People can be so annoying. I just don't understand how some ppl gain good positions within a firm yet theyre sooo incompetent. My supervisor just asked me how Im doing with a bunch of client statements ...um I sent them to you over a week ago --"no u didn't" , 'yes I did Im looking at them in my outlook" . Then she says Oh I mustve filed them away in my "done" pile. She ALWAYS does this to me and confuses me. I never leave things pending I try to be as efficient and productive bc I cover 10 ppl here. And with all the hard work it is so disappointing when it is not recognized or appreciated. I have gone thru a period thinking it was "me" and have realized no its not me , this is not a normal work environment. Looks like this is another Monday morning vent lolol......
