more newborn poop talk
I am noticing that lately after I feed DD her bottle she seems okay for about 20 minutes after eating, then she gets red, cries a bit or a lot and poops. She is pooping after almost every feeding. My concern is how she seems uncomfortable before she actually goes. Is it just her body getting used to going? Is this abnormal? Her poop doesn't seem to be a different consistency then normal. TIA!

I think its normal...my DS is 5 weeks and 99% of the time he is uncomfortable right before he goes!!

DS does the same thing...he'll squirm and turn red and then poops, or he'll poop during his feeding...but to tell you the truth things change every day with newborns...everything seems "normal"...
