Re: morning sickness
I never had one moment of morning sickness
I had no "typical" symptoms of early pregnancy.

Re: morning sickness
I never actually became ill (I just experienced tremendous nausea). I stopped feeling ill around 13 weeks. I think that women carrying multiples may experience more intense morning sickness but not necessarily for a longer period of time. How are you feeling?

I would be STARVING but the second I tried to eat whatever I thought I was craving, I'd feel sick to my stomach. It's a vicious cycle Just stick to whatever makes your feel less queasy - for me it was Trader Joe's Pita Chips... all day, every meal

Not sure if this would help you but Trader Joe's sells a real Jamaican Ginger Ale. I can't for sure say it's "all natural" as I can't remember but I'm sure it has much better ingredients than typical soda.
It's always worked for me when I've had an upset stomach. It has a lot more ginger than regular ginger ale. I will warn you, it does have a bit of a bite to it but you get used to it. It takes that much ginger to help settle your stomach.
If you have one nearby it might be worth it to pick some up. They sell it in a green glass bottle 4 pack.
Feel better

I was extremely nauseous and did get sick alot for the first 4 months. Ginger did help, as did sour sucking candies.

Re: morning sickness
I had bad morning sickness for the first 3 months, I threw up a lot and lost weight in the first trimester, then just had the dry heaves, as soon as the second trimester hiot I felt much better.
Nothing really hlped...I tried everything. The one thing that helped a little were ice pops

I was the same way. I ate every hour on the hour until my second trimester, so don't feel bad, you have to do what you have to do to make yourself feel better!

That's how I was for the first 3 1/2 months. I had to take anti nausea medicine just to keep water down. I think I ate maybe 2 full meals in my first trimester. I lost 30 lbs. It was a miserable time.

Re: morning sickness
I have MS until the 1st day of my 2nd trimester. Every morning in the shower, like clockwork. I was starving my 1st semester also. I couldn't get enough pizza and lemonade.
