Have you considered a developmental pediatrician? Seems to me that a full early intervention evaluation is in order.
I would ask if they'd refund your money considering they obviously cannot address his needs and I would look into a specialized school. You said he has a "stim" and sensory issues. There are SO many wonderful programs on Long Island for children with special educational needs.

Well what is their potential diagnosis?
But overall, I guess if you are not happy with the program then switch schools. Why be unhappy about it? There are plenty of schools.

Sensory Processing Disorder is considered "on the spectrum" and is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to be ashamed of
I would look into special education preschool programs that are equipped to deal with kids with needs like this.
