Alrighty....here I go again 
Link to my first IVF journal with information, links, protocol, and things I found along the way
09/23/2013 First visit...CD2. Plan is...Bcp for a week by itself, then 3 days off, then start clomid 100 mg for 5 days. On 3rd day of clomid, the other drugs begin and overlap the clomid for 2 days, then the injectables continue afterward without clomid. 300 gonal and 3 menopur.
Next appointment in one week.
09/30/2013 Ovaries are quiet. No bcp for 3 days. Back on Wed 10/2 for sono, bloodwork, and hopefully starting the clomid. I have also been taking my chinese herbs for a week, a baby aspirin in the morning, and micronized DHEA. If I stim for 10d like the last time, ER around 10/14.
10/02/2013 Start Stimming :) Clomid 100mg Wed-Sun Start injections Fri-Sun 450 Gonal F & 2 Menopur. Back to office on Monday.
10/04/2013 Started injections tonight. 450 Gonal F & 2 Menopur. Can't wait to get off this clomid, these hot flashes are TERRIBLE this time!!!!!!
10/07/2013 RE said i am progressing quickly! I was really hoping for more activity, but this is what I got goin on in there...RtOv 15mm, 10mm, 2<10mm LtOv 13.5, 11.5, 3<10mm. RE said there is time for some to catch up hopefully. Back to the office tomorrow...UGH!!!! Just got a call...adding Ganirelix as soon as I get home and then every morning from now until retrieval.
10/08/2013 ROV:16.5, 13, 12.5, 12. LOV:16, 11, <10mm. RE said it's a better response than last time. Looking at ER Sunday or Monday. E 765 P 0.9 LH 1
10/09/2013 ROV 20, 14.5, 13, 13, 11, and 10. LOV 17, 14, 13. THEY ARE GROWING!!!!! E 1016 P 1 LH 2
10/10/2013 ROV 20.5, 16.5, 16, 15, 11.5, 10. LOV 21, 15.5, 14.5, 10.
Trigger tonight at 9pm, bloodwork in the morning, RETRIEVAL ON SATURDAY AT 8AM!
10/12/2013 Dr Bronson did the ER. They retrieved 8 :) Hope they all fertilize!!!! Feeling pretty crampy, Tylenol and heating pad off and on almost all day.
10/13/2013 5 FERTILIZED  they are still watching 2 of them, and 1 was immature. Fingers crossed all 5 make it and we have some to freeze!!!!
Just got a call....ALL SEVEN FERTILIZED!!!!!!!!! 
10/15/13 pushed to day 5!!!!!! 2 are great, 2 are good, 3 are out of the running.
10/17/13 we transferred 3 embryos! 1 expanding blast BB, one early expanding blast they said would be a B at transfer time and 1 morula. They are keeping an eye on the last one but not hopeful that one would freeze. And now...we wait 
(7dpER/2dp5dt) Estrogen 1573 and Progesterone is >40. Last time...E2 was 857 and P was >40. No estrogen needed this time.
(10dpER/5dp5dt)Estrogen 207 (good) Progesterone 6 (5 is cut off) Increasing my endometrin. :-/ I hope I'm not out!!!! Last cycle...E2 is 252 and P is 6

The micronized DHEA is supposed to increase egg quantity during retrieval for us low amh girls. I'm on it too and hoping I get some good follies during stims.

Went well. Ovaries are quiet, which they said they wanted to see. E 47. Starting my clomid today for 5 days, start injections on Friday, and back to office Monday. Commence Stimming!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOHOOOOOOO
