Mucus Plug Question --- Sorry TMI
I was just going to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a "blob" of yellowish mucus on the tp. No blood or anything else. Was this the mucus plug? I thought it had to be accompanied by some blood or something. Does this mean labor will start soon? Thanks girls... I am getting nervous!

that is how it started for me....i did not go into labor right away though...probably about 5-6 days later. I hope this is it for you!

Everyone is different. For me - I first had staining for a few hours, then some stringy brown stuff then, while in the midst of labor (less than 24 hours later) it came out as a big pinkish glob. SORRY for the TMI  Hope this helps and GL!!!!!!!!

At this point the doctors might want to induce on Thursday but I was hoping for the whole thing to happen on its own. I might still have that chance!
