my 16 month old is a picky eater all of a sudden! anyone else?
my dd would eat a variety of food and great portions too!!
now, she is picky, and will only take 2/3 knibbles of food. this started about 3 weeks ago. this sudden refusal of food has me going crazy esp b/c i go through great lengths to make all of her meals from scratch.
what gives?? please tell me this will pass!!!
oh and i noticed that last night, she was eating in the living room with no problem...i gave her a few pieces of cut of chicken breast b.c she ate pretty poorly the entire day.

There are meals where DS eats next to nothing. DH and I are trying to deal with letting him go hungry - or just realizing that maybe he's not hungry, since he refuses foods that he has eaten before, and then sometimes eats those same foods a few days later.
If DS won't eat, he gets maybe one other choice, which he usually refuses, and then that's it till the next meal.

yup, this is what we've been doing!!
like if she refuses eggs for breakfast, i'll give her yogurt, and if she doesnt eat that then i give her milk and she will get a healthy snack like an hour later.
healthy snack is a some fruit... a yogurt... cheese.. etc

yup, this is what we've been doing!!

Same over here. She flings everything on the floor. The dogs love it
