My administration is making me crazy!
I'm a guidance counselor and college advisor in NYC. My admins are taking my office, and stuffing me into a classroom with another GC. The room has once phone line and one internet jack. (What are we supposed to do, take turns?!?) I have bookcases with all kinds of college stuff, three computers (for student use) and this is mysteriously supposed to fit into half of a teeny room. As an added bonus my new roomate is NUTS. Oh, and I have an intern too.
And I can't do anything with the union b/c as long as the "office" is equipt with dividers, it's ok in their eyes.  Never mind that the aforementioned divider is made of styrofoam and all pretense of confidentiality is going out the window.

Sorry. I am very good friends with one of the GC's in our school and there are 3 of them in one room. There is NO privacy. I feel for you.
