My BRU returns experience...
Last weekend my mom brought basically all of the clothes that we got at the shower, so this past weekend I started sorting and washing everything.
I realized we had doubles of a BUNCH of stuff (like 900 washcloths!) and I made a bag for returns.
I went to BRU and told the woman I had no gift receipt or anything. She asked if I was registered there and I told her I was. She looked up my registry and I said that I wasn't even sure if the stuff was on there... it was just all gifts from my shower. She gave me store credit with no problem at all!! I was expecting to have a hard time, but it was easy peasy!
And sorry  , mommy knows you don't need 100 washcloths and 50 of the same bibs... so she got herself a sweater

I actually was pleased with my returning experience as well - in our case we received a plethora of blankets and two strollers.
Love the sweater!

LMAO!!! Oh okay..yeah that might be a little too far to return..ha ha!!!
Hope they are as nice to me here..When I registered they were telling me no receipt no return or exchange..
