Joan --- although everyone's situation is different, in some ways they are all the same.
My ex had an affair with my best friend - his best friend's wife. I was doubly-betrayed.
Remember, it is NOT because of anything you did, it is HIS problem. Do not blame youself no matter what you do. I remember a lot of people said this to me and I was like, I don't blame myself...but later ealized I did.
And it is very difficult but in the end, you will find peace and happiness without someone who does not respect you enough to be faithful.
I wish you strength and tons of support.

What a Azz of a husband to do something like that to you he does not deserve you! I know its going to be hard but you will find someone again but for now take time for yourself and spend time with your friends and family also know that we are Here for you we love you and if you need to talk to me Fm me i am alway's hear to listen to anyone that needs a lending ear. I know exactly how you feel because the same thing happened to me in my first marriage. I am now happily married with an almost one-year old son. It is very difficult but you're doing the right thing, and in time you will find someone worthy of your love. For now, keep doing what you're doing, relying on friends and family to get you through - that's why they're there. You will see how much better your life will be.

I am recently divorced due to husband who "emotional cheated"...so he says. Was only married 10 months.
