My Frozen Transfer is Tomorrow! Any advice?
I can't believe after 3 retrievals, my transfer is finally here! I plan to take it easy the day of and after.
Any advice? I want to cover all my bases and this is my very first transfer. Thank you!

After the transfer do nothing.. Lay around take it easy no lifting or stressing and think positive. Good luck!

I did this and also ate some pineapple core. I used the circle and bloom meditations to listen to as well. I am 11 days till my due date, from my first FET, after two unsuccessful fresh cycles. GOOD LUCK!!!!

I did all different things for each of my transfers ranging from downright crazy to doing nothing at all, and got pregnant both ways.
My best advice is to lay low, be hopeful, and try to surround yourself with optimistic supportive people. You should also set up plenty of distractions! Good luck!

Thanks everyone! I tried the pineapple core but I had to spit it out! It tasted weird, is fresh pineapple just as good? I've been lying down w my feet propped up a little w pillows. It's nice to relax!

Enjoy it. And I even got DH to do laundry for quite some time afterwards. I wanted to make sure it stuck.
