My hard drive is GONE - how do I get my iPod synced to iTunes?
Funny, just a couple of months ago I asked for advice to get the iTunes from my PC onto a Mac, worked like a charm.
Now, my damn HD crashed. All of my music is on my iPod, nothing on my MacBook. 
When I transfered the music from PC to Mac, I enabled disc use. Can I do the same here? Can I connect my ipod to my MacBook, enable disc use and then view the files that way?
Any other advice?

thanks! I've heard of that...I'm guessing it worked for you? I was wondering if there was a way around using a 3rd party software...kinda like what I did with moving my ipod to my mac originally....

the only way is through 3rd party...the protection on the files from the iPod will not allow you to manually move them over.
