Oh no, poor baby.
I actually had the same thing happen to Jared when he was young. I never really pulled the skin back that far and when I went to the doctor, the skin had fused together. The doctor had to pull it back and Jared was screaming.

Yes!!! That's exactly what happened.
It's still red today and sore to the touch - poor guy. Hopefully by tomorrow it will be healed and I can figure out how the heck I'm really supposed to clean this thing

Oh no...poor Jack...and poor mommy! 
I remember when Lucas was just a few weeks old I was certain that I did a horrible job and that the skin had fused...so off to the doctor we went and fortunately it was fine but I made them show me exactly what to do. I don't have one of those things so I had no idea. 
I try my best. 
I hope he's feeling better today.
