My poor baby has a severe allergic reaction
His whole body is covered in hives. We are not sure what it is from. He has been like this since Monday and its getting worse.  It is breaking my heart.

do u have him on antibotics? i broke into hives from my antibotics when i was like 18months.
did u use a new detergent to wash the clothes?

He was on Steroids and Albuterol for Croup but he has been on that before.
Its definitly not fromt he heat.

My DD had that. I totally flipped, but it turned out to be roseola. Run a google image search for roseola and see if it looks similar. Maybe he didn't really have croup.

Ella has had something similar, for the last week or so. Ped thinks its viral vs. an allergic reaction, but did say allergies are very common this time of year.
Is it itchy? Ella's isn't - it bothers me more than its bothering her.

did you give him beneydrl? My Dr actually tols us at our last visit..one allergic reaction can last up to 3 WEEKS in the body...say eating one allergic to food. It can come and go for that long. I had no idea.

Nope I googled it the other day. It doesn't looke similar. He went to the ped yesterday too.

It's not itching him too bad thank God. Yes the ped has him on Benadryl every 6 hours.
I am going to try and take a pic of it tonight. You wouldn't believe how bad it is.

DD had a horrible allergic reaction not to long ago. I took her to the Ped and she said to give her benadryl and she gave me a cream also. It went away fast after that

He actually went back today. She really thinks its an allergic reaction to expired chocolate.

He actually went back today. She really thinks its an allergic reaction to expired chocolate.
Expired chocolate?? Does she think he is allergic to chocolate in general, or is there something about "expired" chocolate that makes it different? Aren't expiration dates mostly "sell by" dates? I mean, something isn't good on Monday, and then at midnight it all of a sudden like magic goes bad.

She said expired Chocolate is very dangerous. She wants him to stay away from Chocolate for now. There is no way he can be allergic to chocolate b/c he eats a lot of it.
See my post on your other thread. I couldn't find anything that said that in a google search.
