My week from Hell (UTI in a 7mth old?) my liver results etc WAY LONG!
So last weekend started with my Ultrasound for my liver. Both my hubby and AJ were sick so I went alone as I still felt fine.
Sunday ends up with me taking care of both of them on top of errands etc.
Monday rolls around and I feel a tickle. Well that blew up into full blow sickness by Tuesday. Monday they were both on the mend.
Tuesday .. i really dont even REMEMBER it at all. I am told that I called in sick and barely remembered my own phone number, isnt that nice?
Wednesday .. forget about it.. stayed home and tried to kick this thing. Both of them were feeling much better by the way.
Thursday.. Hubby and AJ both relapse and I'm still trying to function. Ugh!!!
Friday.. AJ is not doing well at all but hubby is doing better and I relapsed. By Friday night AJ is feverish 102.5!! and we give her tylenol. No go- she's up at 1am and unconsolable. She can't breathe.. its so bad she's coughing and crying and choking! Fever has only gone down to 101.4 Finally get's to bed by sleeping on my shoulder elevated. Sweet but sad.
Saturday, fever is back and vicious. 102.5 again.. and its not going under 101 even with tylenol. Lukewarm bath's cool cloths, etc. Call up peditrician.. got to go in on Sunday. Spent the whole rest of Saturday trying to keep her comfortable. Use Mortin an hour after Tyelnol plus we now have Baby Rub (vicks rub for babies)

Sunday, take AJ in.. and of course before we go she's 102, but after tylenol THEN Motrin (per Pedi) she's fine.. *sigh* Stay at the Pediatrician's for an HOUR and a half!!! GOD BLESS this woman! She knows we called in the day before and knows there has to be a problem. They capture her tinkle in a bag and say she's got a UTI
Now she's on Antibotics and still pretty feverish. The ONLY thing that breaks her fever is the tylenol/motrin mix.
She's been constant 102.5. If she's still that way through Tuesday she's gotta to back!
Oh and Thursday.. I found out my results... liver has dilated blood vessels. They are not normal and no one is happy about them. I am now referred to a specialist for MRI/blood test for my liver function to possibly rule out CANCER. lovely
Saturday during a moment of AJ peace we both got our eyes checked and since AJ's birth my eyes have gotten SERIOUSLY worse (ha! no surprise at this point, its par for the course)
I'm a wreck!!! ha!
And you know what? Seeing my sweet child's smile and laugh when her fever is down makes me feel like I can take on the world!! I finally got her to eat a full 6oz today!!!
I finally got a moment to get online since Jim took AJ for a bit.

Jeezus!! I hope for a complete and speedy recovery for AJ and that you and the hubs don't relapse. Keep us posted on AJ's illness and on how you are doing! Lots of hugs and prayers to you guys!
