Nail Biting
When i was younger i bit my nails...
around 17 i got tips or whatever put on... and i stopped and stopped for a LONG time... after we got engaged i started biting them again... and pretty much have since then...
I dont want to go the tips route again because i hate what id does to my nails...
anyone have any sort of polish or some other thing that can help...
i tried a distraction like when i quit smoking... and all thats made me do is become addicted to Citrus Halls... im still biting... lol

Re: Nail Biting
honestly I was a nail biter too, also cuticle picker, it was bad. I was always embarrassed!!!
Now I go to the salon 1X every three weeks and get the Shallac manicure. Its helped sooo much!! My nails are so long right now and have never looked nicer. My DH even noticed (and he is not one to notice these things) LOL.
I think its cause they are "done" for 3 weeks straight, I dont touch them and then when I get the urge to Its time for another shellac manicure.
Maybe you should try it??
