Name Change Question
Hi all! I just recently got married and now would like to change my last name. My question is even though I live in Queens can I go to the Mineola Social Security office to get a replacement SS card? Thanks!!

they will only issue you a new card at the card center in Jamaica
It is Jamaica Ave and Parsons Blvd

sorry to crash, but Tilde, why would the office matter as Social Security is a federal program, not local or state.
