Take a pan, skillet-ish, fill with an inch or so of water. When the water gets hot, crack the eggs in it and slap a lid on it. This works sooo much better if the lid is glass and you can tell when the yolk is firm enough.

Grab some english muffins, I prefer the bigger size ones for this, some Jones Canadian bacon (or leftover ham from last night's dinner) Toast the muffins, put the ham/bacon on it, the egg and lastly....Knorr's brand Hollandaise mix. In the green envelope.

Eat and enjoy.
