Re: Need advice (a bit long)
Personally, I'd go on the interview, but I'd probably stick it out with the current employer based on the reasons you listed (especially the TTC part).
Frankly, I feel that there are people at ANY job who are like your boss. And it could always be worse elsewhere if you do not know what you are walking into.

ITA, especially with the fact that from my experience, there are more bosses like your own than not! I finally found a job I love with a boss I love, but it's very hard to find both...
And the devil you know is better than the devil you don't know...You could find a job somewhere where you hate all the other people AND have a bad boss!

Re: Need advice (a bit long)
Also keep in mind, that if you are at your employer for awhile, you can get away with a lot of things you probably couldn't as a new employee AND a mother-to-be/new mother someplace else.
(ie. setting own schedule, maybe working from home a day or two, etc.).
I am not crazy about certain people I work with, but my employer doesn't bat an eye when I come and go to doctor appts and they will probably work with me to let me have the flexible schedule once is here because they already know I am a good/reliable employee.
