Need bottle nipple advice
So ds was in NICU 10 days and they gave him "Similac Infant Nipple & Ring- latex free" - its a yellowish color nipple... when we came home they send us with some. - I noticed he leaks out the side of the nipple more with them, and has to stop more to be burped.
So I just tried switching him to the Dr. Brown's Level 1 nipple a couple days ago -He seemed to not leak out the side of it. However we have a nipple collapse problem with it. We tried to not tighten the bottle as much- as recommended to correct the collapse. But he still seems to take too long to take the bottle.
- Please help- does this mean he needs the Level 2 nipple for Dr Browns? (he is 2 weeks old today)
OR
Is there another brand nipple he would be better with? and if its another brand would it work with the Dr Browns glass bottles?
Thanks much!

Hmm collapsing it seems like he has a strong suck-tho my babies were in the NICU and they switched from the nipples you taked about to Dr B's Level 1 with no issue-try a level 2 and see how he does.

I tend to agree. Sounds like he is sucking strong and it's not coming out fast enough for him. Try the level 2 and see what happens or if you want, try to make the hole in the level 1 just a tiny bit bigger - see if that helps. We had to do that.
