Need easy/yummy dessert recipe for Thurs

We have to all make something for end of the year at school. I chose a dessert w/o having anything in mind. Can anyone suggest a fast, easy, yummy dessert that isn't too messy.

Thx.

you know what's always a big hit?

you can do as homemade or store-bought as you like

poundcake, whipped cream & strawberries

you can make or buy the poundcake...
make or buy whipped cream (do cool whip if you don't want to do homemade whipped cream) and just macerate the strawberries (sprinkle some sugar on and let them sit)

this is always so fresh and light... and easy!

Do you have to make it? My go-to desserts in a pinch are Pizza Crumb from Dairy Barn of all places (DELICIOUS) and Cream Puffs from Costco. So yummy and always a hit. ust thaw & cover in powdered sugar!

Yes we're supposed to make it. :)

Strawberry shortcake sounds like a possibility...

Maybe some type of bars/cookies/etc. as it'll be easier to serve Chat Icon

These sound delicious. Haven't made them yet though:

Graham Cracker Bars:

http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Graham-Cracker-Bars/Detail.aspx

Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs 2 cups flaked coconut 1/4 cup margarine, melted 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 4 (1.55 ounce) bars milk chocolate candy
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, stir together the graham cracker crumbs and coconut. Pour in the condensed milk and melted margarine, mix until well blended. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove and let cool. Melt chocolate bars in a microwave or over a double boiler, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread over the cooled bars, chill and cut into squares.

Basically lile flaky pastry dough rolled out into a flat circle and topped with big crumbs like on crumb cake and covered in powdered sugar. Comes in a little pizza box. I love it!

there is a yummy chocolate pudding with social tea and whipped cream recipe my aunt used to make.

SO yummy. I think you can find it on the pudding box or social tea box.

It's just social tea cookes broken up, chocolate pudding and whipped cream. I just don't know exactly how to put it together.

This is ALWAYS one of my favorites. I use the Entemann's All Butter Poundcake and I reserve some fresh strawberries to top it. I also like to use a few fresh bananas too.

Another favorite? Cupcakes. They are a breeze to make and you can add different flavors to the frosting for some zip.

Entenmanns actually ahs an angel food cake load that would be good with the strawberries.

I also found on-line smores cupcake and brownie recipes. I have not made them yet though, they will be for the 4th.

What about rainbow cupcakes, they are easy o make
