Need feedback from moms! (Nursery/PreK moms!)

Moms of preschoolers (ages 2,3,4)

If your child were to take a class IN ADDITION to their preschool.

(lets say a language class)
45 minute class.

WOULD YOU MOST LIKELY CHOOSE

**RIGHT After their 2 1/2 hr preschool class. (teacher would get them, and it would be right down the hall in the same school), so you would pick them up later than usual. (works great for moms!)

** WEEKENDS (if so which day/time?).

Morning, so that you have the rest of the day with family?

Afternoon, so they can sleep late and then go.

If weekdays/would you have a problem sending in a snack? (just to avoid allergy issues if the teacher provided it). and incase the child is hungry in between classes.
Theyd be able to eat it before switching classes.

Just an FYI this school ALREADY has a similar program where kids go to gymnastics after preschool (also down the hall), but that's more physical,(so they can let out that energy!) as opposed to ANOTHER CLASS, asking them to sit for a longer period AFTER school...
*However the class would include interaction/music/activity.

Any feedback would be great...

Thanks!

My thoughts are NO weekends, but you never know, with working parents, it might be a good option to offer both?

Please feel free to add more info to back up your choice.

Thanks!

I think it really depends on your chilld. Ideally, right after preschool would be great. You'd have a larger block of time to take care of errands, etc. For my family, I would probably do a Sat morning since there is no way my son would last for more schooling after preschool. He would get too fidgety and cranky.

I would not do a weekend, but that's just me. If it was one day, I would do it right after his school. We are debating this for when Andrew goes to preschool in sept., do we want to keep him in a gym class right after that too?? Decisions, decisions.
