Need help/suggestions: DD taking her diaper and onesie off every time I put her in her crib...

I walked in this morning to a disaster. There was poop everywhere...totally TMI...the dog ran in and started to eat it and I almost lost it. DD is like a little houdini...she has the zipper and button down on her footed pjs in a few seconds. She is not even potty training yet, but there have been signs that she may be ready.

My question is...what can I do to stop this pattern? She did it twice today (when she woke up and after her nap)...she doesn't cry...she just takes off the outfit and flings it out of her crib...I spent most of the day doing laundry.

I was thinking of maybe buying her some pullups...the problem with the diapers are that she can open up the tabs on the side right away. Any suggestions?? I can't walk into the poop disaster zone again tomorrow Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Well, ABCIverson duct taped her DD's diaper, you could try that!Chat Icon

ETA: I don't know that pull ups would help, aren't they supposed to be easer to get on/off?

Duct tape? Chat Icon Chat Icon

If she's opening a diaper, a pull up is no better, plus they are not as absorbent if she is not potty training.

She's getting a onsie off too? Maybe safety pin it between the snaps too? I've heard people who say they put the kids PJs on backwards, but I can see how that could be comfortable (footless I assume!).

I have heard people suggest to put the pajamas on backwards.
